Sponsorship Information

A contribution to support the TASM organization is appreciated at any time for sponsors and companies whose services intersect with the mission and vision of the Texas Association of Supervisors of Mathematics. The guidelines for sponsorship opportunities are outlined below. Please contact our sponsor liaison with any questions. 

TASM Fall & Spring Conference

Held in Austin, TX, these two events draw approximately 250-300 mathematics leaders. The two-day conferences provide members with customized professional learning as well as critical state and national updates for state mathematics leaders. There are five levels of sponsorships available. The purpose of each sponsorship is for an exhibitor to share helpful information about resources that connect with the TASM mission. Additional sponsorship opportunities may arise in connection with TASM’s summer business meeting, held each year at the Conference for the Advancement of Mathematics Teaching, CAMT. 

Beginning in Spring 2026, our sponsorships will transition to a tiered structure. All tiers will follow the fiscal year, covering January through December.

REGISTRATION NOTES:

• Please include the name of the primary contact.  NOTE: The primary contact email provided at registration will receive all reminders and notifications from our registration platform, TASM@WildApricot.org.
• Please ensure the WildApricot.org addresses are unblocked so that all communications are received without interruption.
• Diamond-level sponsors: [includes attendance at both conferences; presentation to members at 1 of the conferences] Registration should reflect either the Fall or Spring ticket type, based on the planned in-person conference presentation.
• Silver-level sponsors: [includes attendance at 1 conference in 2026] Registration should indicate either the Fall Conference or Spring Conference ticket type, designating the event where the sponsor table will be set up.
• Bronze-level sponsors: Does not include registration or display tables.
