The upcoming Conference will be November 13-14, 2025. Pre-conference events on November 12, 2025.

Registration can be canceled up to 7 days before the event. At that time, final numbers must be submitted to the hotel and no refund will be issued. Payment must be received 48 hours prior to the start of the event.
