In accordance with the constitution, TASM is an affiliate of:

• the National Council for Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM)
• the National Council for Supervisors of Mathematics (NCSM)
• the Texas Council for Teachers of Mathematics (TCTM), and 
• the Conference for the Advancement of Mathematics Teaching (CAMT)
