SPONSORS | 2027 Fall & Spring Conferences

SPONSORSHIP PAYMENT:

Payment is expected within 30 days of registration and at least 30 days prior to the conference. Because sponsorship opportunities are limited, TASM cannot hold unpaid sponsorships indefinitely. Timely payment allows us to confirm your sponsorship, reserve your table, and ensure your organization is included in conference materials and sponsor recognition.

ACTION ITEM AFTER REGISTRATION: 

Please visit the TASM 2027 Sponsorship Guide to access and complete the 2027 Sponsor Submissions Form, where you will enter all required sponsorship details, including logos, advertisements, and table representatives. The guide also provides a full overview of sponsor benefits and current venue-specific information. 

SPONSOR REGISTRATION NOTES:

• The Fall 2027 conference date and location has not yet been solidified. Pending November 2027
• Please include the name of the primary contact.  NOTE: The primary contact email provided at registration will receive all reminders and notifications from our registration platform, TASM@WildApricot.org.
• Please ensure the WildApricot.org addresses are unblocked so that all communications are received without interruption.
• Diamond-level sponsors: [includes attendance at both conferences; presentation to members at 1 of the conferences] Registration should reflect either the Fall or Spring ticket type, based on the planned in-person conference presentation.
• Silver-level sponsors: [includes attendance at 1 conference in 2026] Registration should indicate either the Fall Conference or Spring Conference ticket type, designating the event where the sponsor table will be set up.

• Sponsorships run January–December. Registration will temporarily pause one week prior to the Spring conference to finalize headcounts and table assignments with Kalahari. To maximize the benefits of both conferences, we recommend registering by February 1. Registrations received after February 10 will apply to the Fall Conference only. 

NOTE: The individual listed on the sponsor registration is included in the representative count and will be the primary point of contact for all sponsor related information. If you are registering on someone’s behalf, please enter their information including their email address rather than your own to ensure accurate records.
